Armanda is your Maine trip resource, tour guide, and travel planner. She’s a true world traveler who calls Maine home. Her experience spans the airline, restaurant, and tourism industries. Her background has been invaluable when it comes to advising clients. Her services are available to all guests of Crooked Steeple Hall and the 1812 Pierce House. She can plan day outings to Bar Harbor, Bangor, Camden, Rockland, DownEast Maine, or fun trips that drop off and pick-up right at our door - such as Growler Bus tours to local breweries!

Armanda studied Hospitality & Tourism Management at Eastern Maine Community College, where she was awarded the Excellence in Technology Award for Hospitality & Tourism Management. After graduating, she signed on with Maine Foodie Tours as Operations Manager and a tour guide for the Bar Harbor branch, which makes her an expert on Acadia National Park, Mount Desert Island, and the surrounding area.

Armanda is also a Certified Travel Assistant (CTA) through The Travel Institute. Originally, her plan was to operate as a traditional travel agent, specializing in nature, adventure, and sustainable tourism. On a familiarization tour in Costa Rica representing Off On Vacation, that she realized she wanted to focus on Maine travel. After seven days of telling nine other travel agents all about Maine and how amazing it is, and encouraging them to visit….she had a lightbulb moment. Her passion is Maine and she cannot wait share it with you!
